FINANCE

• Centralized and conformed financial report and financial analysis for six subsidiary corporations and four joint ventures for use by respective Executive Directors and Boards.
• Analyzed operating costs incurred to provide care in each unit and recommended a cost reduction program, resulting in savings of up to 35% in some units, and overall cost reductions of 7.5%.
